Author Information

In this section you will find the guidelines and templates you need for preparing your full paper to ISCA ITRW, Aalborg 2008. Please do follow the guidelines carefully to ensure a uniform layout of the papers.
Do not hesitate to contact the organisers via mail to: itrw_aalborg_2008@es.aau.dk if you have questions or comments concerning the submission and layout.
The layout information and the paper templates are inspired by the paper preparation guidelines from Interspeech 2007, Antwerp, Belgium.

General information

• All manuscripts must be in English - preferably UK.
• The paper must be no longer than four pages. It may be shorter.
• Only PDF files are accepted.
• Refer to the templates for the full specification of the layout of your paper.
• After you have prepared your PDF file, please make a print out and verify that your paper complies with the layout specifications as layout may be altered (often scaled) when exporting to PDF.
• By submitting a paper, the author consents that their contribution - if accepted - will be archived publicly available by ISCA.
• If you have multimedia material accompanying your paper, please contact the organisers via mail to: itrw_aalborg_2008@es.aau.dk

LaTeX template

Below, you can download the template files for LaTeX which will produce the proper layout.

The LaTeX templates have been tried out with tetex-3.0 (Unix/Linux) and MiKTeX-2.4 (MS Windows). Consult CTAN (Comprehensive TeX Archive Network) for recent updates.

OpenOffice template

For an OpenOffice template, please refer to the OpenOffice template made for Interspeech 2007, Antwerp, Belgium, and modify according to the layout specifications - see the PDF file bundled with either the LaTeX or Word template (for this workshop) for the specifications.
