• Only full - four pages - papers will be considered for review.
• Each paper will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers.
• Papers must be submitted via this website - Paper submission.
• Accepted papers will be permitted to make small clarification and correctional changes in accordance with comments from the reviewers.
• Authors must comply with the deadlines listed on this website under Important dates.
