The workshop organisers and ISCA have agreed that the responsibility for charging the registration fee for each attendee is done via the ISCA secretariat. Registration must thus be done using the following registration form. Please note, the fax number on the registration form is a combined fax/phone number, so when faxing the registration form, wait for the fax signal even if you hear a voice recording on the phone.
On-site registration is conducted in the same manner as registration done in advance.

Each attendee will be given a password protected access to all the electronic documentation for a given period before and after the workshop. He/she is then able to download these resources via own and university computers, and thus print the CD-ROM proceedings. An ISBN label for this CD-ROM will be made available.
